"객실 넓고, 깨끗하고 리셉션 직원이 정말 친절합니다. 물어보거나 요청사항 말씀드리면 최선을 다해 응해주세요. (체크아웃날 아침 8시 버스를 타야하는 저희를 위해 호텔차량ㅈ으로 버스터미널까지 태워주신건 정말 감동이었습니다~) 그리고 버스터미널, 하츠발리리조트 케이블카, 찰라디빙하 모두 도보로 갈수있어요. 뷰도 좋고 룸서비스 음식도 조지아에서 맛본 음식중 Top3 입니다^^"

"They gave our room to someone else because the reservation from expedia ended up in their junkfolder. The one we got instead was bigger but in a bad condition. At first they wanted to send us away and didnt believe we had reservation. While the manager was kind of rude her assistent was very friendly an helpful. We could shorten our stay from two to one night without a problem."

"The girl in a reception was very kind, helpful and nice. She was smiling and made me feel good. I had 2 family rooms . They were clean, beautiful and comfortable. My guests and me enjoyed our stat there. They have very good breakfast. On the fourth floor they have restaurant. After 8 p.m. georgian national songs are sing alive. I recommend to go there"
