Staff was amazing. Hotel its self was perfectly located with a terrific view. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant in the hotel was as well. The only negative is that the wifi was terrible, hence my deduction of a star. Everything else was honestly great, but if you want good wifi, this isn’t the place for you.

It's close to the restaurants and market,i parked my car just infront of the hotel. There is no elevator,i was in the second floor but the receptionist Mano helped me with the luggage,he is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good and the ladies working there were very sweet and kind.

The service was great. They prepared breakfast for us ahead of schedule when they knew that we were leaving early the next day. Their full breakfast was even nicer! The room itself was nice and clean. Great views to wake up to!

Wonderful, Simple Accommodations, but overpriced

It was the off season so much of the town was quiet and closed. The front desk simply left a note on the desk with how to contact them. The room was very clean and simply nice, but I do not feel the price tag matched the room and offerings, especially during the off season. Great balcony. The room did not offer a hot water kettle, which was disappointing. The restaurant below serves delicious food. There was a very loud pack of gentleman that stayed also during the two nights and drank late into the night in the lobby. On both nights/early mornings, they tried to get into my room as they were mistaken which room their friends were in. It would have been helpful to have a door peephole because it knocked me out of dead sleep both nights.

Don't go there!

Chalet Mestia was the biggest disappointment on our trip to Georgia. We paid over USD 100 per room per night. Better accommodation can be found in Mestia for around USD 30. We were shocked when we saw the old and spartan room in Chalet Mestia - when we booked we were deceived by the nice photos. A complete rip-off! Unfortunately we were unable to cancel. The bad initial impression was confirmed. No room cleaning, catastrophic breakfast, not even an emergency light in the hallway when there was a power outage - the list of embarrassments is almost endless. We slept very badly because the bed was of poor quality and the house is extremely thin, so you can hear every movement of your neighbors. We were glad when we could leave and strongly recommend avoiding this accommodation!
