Rooms were big and clean. Hotel is in a beautiful location. Staff is nice and helpful although had problems in resolving some issues with the duty manager. The hotel is cheap and gives you good value for the money.

Excellent hotel in Mestia

Large modern hotel with a pool in a back packers town. Very comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. Wonderful shuttle service to town center. (Walking can take 20 min on uphill terrain). Excellent front desk service. For unclear reason no hot water in the shower in the morning. Worked well the evening before.
