"When we were there (June 2025) reception opened at 1600 and was off-site. You had to phone a number to get a key safe code to obtain your room key. When phoning, you hear a recorded message in German. Sadly, we could not understand the message so had to rely on the restaurant staff (who were on site) to help us connect to reception. German speakers would have no problem but non-Germans may have a problem. Another issue we had is that the hotel states it has an EV charging point - it does...

"Telefonisch schlechte Erreichbarkeit obwohl auf der Homepage steht, dass bis 22 Uhr besetzt. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen gehören jedoch dringend ausgetauscht. Die Bettdecke und Kissen waren katastrophal,alles sehr einfach gehalten und absolut kein Wohlfühlfaktor. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Morgens vor 6 Uhr wurde man durch andere Gäste auf dem Flur geweckt (vermutlich Handwerker) vor Arbeitsbeginn. Die Haupttür zum "Hotel" knallt nach jedem Öffnen ins Schloss. Hatten ohne...
