Not enough parking. I came late and they got me a parking place for our car. When I checked out next day, they wanted 10 Euros for the parking. I don't like surprise charges that aren't stated before. Otherwise, great place to stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Everything was clean, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. What impressed me the most was the hotel’s management. I accidentally made a non-refundable reservation, and the mistake was entirely mine. Despite that, I contacted the hotel, explained the situation, and they kindly agreed to cancel my booking without charging any fees. Their understanding, flexibility, and genuine respect for their guests truly exceeded my expectations. This level of customer service is rare to find nowadays. I sincerely appreciate their kindness and professionalism, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that truly values its guests. I will definitely be happy to stay here in the future.

Die Übernachtung im Hotel war sehr gut gewesen. Die Lage war zentral. Wir reisten mit der Bahn an, es gab jedoch auch eine Tiefgarage mit Parkplätzen. Das Zimmer war typisch Business Hotel. Die Happy hour mit 50% Reduktion der Getränke war Klasse sowie die Klimaanlage war sehr potent. Alles im allem war es ein guter Gastgeber gewesen.

Rezeption nicht besetzt, keine Klingel, um auf sich aufmerksam zu machen. Nach 5‘min bin ich in die Bar. Dann wurde mir geholfen. Wie immer gutes Zimmer. Schön wäre es, wenn das Zimmerpersonal das Bett nicht so gegen die Wand pfeffert, dass ich senkrecht im Bett stehe. Einfach etwas geräuschloser arbeiten.

Unser Aufenthalt im Premier Inn Saarbrücken City Congresshalle war rundum gelungen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal an der Rezeption – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Unser Zimmer war außergewöhnlich groß und zudem sehr sauber. Auch das Frühstück war toll: große Auswahl, alles frisch und sehr lecker. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

War zum ersten Mal in dieser Hotelkette und wirklich begeistert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und äußerst ordentlich, Wasser, Kaffee und Tee waren vorhanden. Das Bett war extrem bequem und es gab sogar zusätzliche Kissen. Besonders positiv überrascht hat die Happy Hour an der Bar mit Getränken zum halben Preis. Klare Empfehlung.
