“We are from the US and were expecting an attendant to check us in. Once we understood the automated process, we were OK. By US standards, the hotel room was very small and spartan, but clean. Only five TV channels, all in Danish. Only a couple towels. Two of the tiniest beds I've ever seen. The room was also very hot at night with no AC, especially after the sun heated up the walls and drapes during the relatively warm days we had. We tried to open the door to the outside but traffic roaring...

“Det er et udmærket hotel med god beliggenhed ved DTU samt Lyngby med den smukke omegn - ikke mindst Mølleå attraktionerne. Forvent det du skal bruge - rent og pænt værelse, nydelig morgenmad, fri parkering. Og det er det.”

“Køkkenet var hamrende ulækkert. Ovnen var under al kritik. Ikke rengjort i meget meget lang tid. Så ulækkert at jeg ikke ville bruge den. Lampen i køkkenet var “ loddent”. Vinduerne møg beskidte. Trænger gevaldigt til en gang maling. Det hele var meget slidt. Mandag morgen kl. 8 bankede det på køkkenvinduet. Det var rengøringsmanden der ville spørge om jeg manglede noget. Det er simpelthen ikke i orden. Tænk at kigge ind af vinduet. Hvad er det dog for noget 😡. Og skulle først være ude...

“El hotel esta muy bien y la zona hermosa. Lo negativo es que estacioné debajo del hotel , donde interprete que era parte del.mismo. Cuando me fui pague el estacionamiento, pero de todas maneras me hicieron una multa por no haber pagado previamente , nadie me lo aclaro y cuando le reclame al hotel me respondieron que la propiedad no era de ellos y que lo sentian mucho. Interprete que como la mayoria de los parking,/ hoteles cuando nos retiramos te calcula la estadia .Nadie me lo advirtió. ”

“Few options on breakfast”

“This is a gorgeous property! We stayed for a long weekend to attend a wedding and had a fabulous time. Although our hotel room was in the older wing of the hotel, the room was in outstanding condition and spotless. The staff and the food/beverage options are also great! Highly recommend and feel like this place is a hidden gem given how remote it feels but yet how relatively close it is to CPH.”

“A shower curtain would be helpfull to prevent splashing from wetting the floor near the washing basin. It was a bit slippery.”
