This hotel/Conference centre has the most amazing breakfast. Rooms are large with great views and comfortable beds. The staff is super helpful! Easy walking access to city centre and to the airport via metro.

Very centrally located hotel, with friendly staff, good and clean rooms and a fantastic Breakfast buffet, the Bath was a bit out dated (yet very clean), The television didnt have the option to cast from ¥our own devices. The worst part was that they dont give you a bath mat when you get out of the shower :( Environment friendly but not very safe

Wonderful property to consider if you’re traveling to Copenhagen. The location is excellent. Within walking distance to Copenhagen central station and metro lines that makes commuting to the sights around the city easier. The property has terrific breakfast buffet. The food was great from the eggs, oatmeals, pastries, and fruits. Everything was excellent. Highly recommend this property.

He is a great asset to your business and brand. He even dresses up as a unicorn to entertain the kids at breakfast, now that’s loyalty! Family friendly hotel

Nice experience for a budget hotel. No issues. Very family friendly. I would recommend to anybody traveling with children. Good location near the central station and Tivoli Gardens. Staff did a nice job.

This is a big central xity property with many rooms. We were given a very tiny room, no bigger than a closet. No counter space. A very smelly drain in the bathroom. Snd a suoer tiny bed for two adults. I felt angry as we tried to sleep through the night. I sensed that we were given this tiny room because we booked with Expedia. We paid plenty for a nice king size room.

Its location is great. On the other hand the hotel could improve by offering a fresh or same-morning breakfast menu, and by offering a menu that be changed every other day or so. I recently stayed for 9 nights at the Scandic Copenhagen hotel, and the breakfast menu never changed. Thamks!

Good location. Room was basic. Room service was poor. You have to request your room to be serviced. We did but it took up to date 3 before we had to raise this at reception. Room service is not until late afternoon. The breakfast was good. Busy at weekend. We were out of season so I can imagine it being hectic in the summer.

Great location for exploring Copenhagen

We stayed for 2 nights Family 2 adults and 1 child We had a junior suite which provided excellent space! Beds were really comfortable even the sofa bed! Views were amazing from our room. Breakfast was excellent! Lots of choice and my daughter loved the waffle station as you could make your own! Suggest to go there early as it does get busy! Staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I did not get her name but the lady who was working both evenings we stayed was super helpful as I did not realise the 1st of January the hotel restaurant would be closed. But then all of Copenhagen was ordering delivery! Great little restaurant across the street called Fredas. Danish food, large portions so go hungry!! Location was great as only a 5-10 minute walk from Copenhagen Central station and another 2-3 min walk from Vesterport station which is on the main metro lines. Will definitely be returning.
