"Being in Cybercity there is not much to do outside of office hours. Not a reflection on the hotel but on the area. I feel in some aspects the hotel is beginning to show it's age, it doesn't appear to have changed in the years I have been staying here for business trips, but nothing to stop me staying again"

"Hotel is supposed to be non smoking. Guests are requested to smoke either on ground level outside the hotel or on top floor where there is an open area. However it appears this restriction does not apply to some in Management who use room 610 for their smoking breaks. The whole 6th floor stinks like a chimney."

"1st night no hot water. Geyser didn’t work. Aircons don’t work. Cockroaches in room. No soaps, shampoo, etc. They don’t accept cards and only told me this when I wanted to settle my bill the night prior to check out. The owner insisted on me walking almost 2km to go withdraw cash at 9pm. Which was a major inconvenience. I will never stay there again. NEVER!!!"
