We had the most wonderful stay at Long Beach Resort! The staff went above and beyond – they were always so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Our family suite was absolutely beautiful – spotless, spacious, and perfectly designed for a family stay. The resort itself was immaculate, with every facility kept clean and well-maintained. A highlight for our children was the Kids Club – they absolutely loved it! The staff there were warm, welcoming, and so attentive to the kids. Dining at the resort was another incredible experience. Every restaurant we tried offered delicious food with a great variety, making every meal something to look forward to. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Everything was perfect, and we truly cannot wait to come back again. Highly recommend Long Beach to anyone looking for a beautiful, family-friendly resort with top-notch service.

Hotel was absolutely amazing and so were the staff, were all very friendly and helpful with our young children. Location amazing, pools brilliant and choice of food very good with the ability to go a la carte as often as liked. We were half board and the only negative is it is very expensive to buy drinks, soft or alcoholic. Would 100% recommend.

The resort is just amazing! Staff were great! Food was great! It was a beautiful place and very relaxing. Wish we had Hasu including in our all inclusive, even for just one night. I wish I took down every staff members name as they made our stay so enjoyable but I dont want to name only a few people out of fairness, but to the GM, your staff are fantastic and I hope you can reward all of them.

Great vacation!

Lovely resort, amazing nature, beach and pool. Great service and supportive when we had an issue with a room. I would recomend to chose the all inclusive option if you plan to stay mainly at the reaport, otherwise lunches and snacks are a bit pricy.

It was a fantastic experience, Long Beach Mauritius staff. is very polite and professional, their language does not include a “no” they always try their best to please you and to satisfy your needs. The chef in two occasion made a dessert lactose free only for us. The hotel his very cleaned offers lot of services and the quality service his something you can touch. Th food quality is superb and various every day. It is the best hotel I ever been and as I work in tourism business, it means amongst many others. Thank you all and we will be back soon for sure. Good hotel and spa facilities. Food was excellent in the restaurants. We were half board and think All Inclusive would not be worth the extra money. Difficult to book excursions though the hotel. You needed to book with travel reps that turned up between 10/12 each day (not Sundays). No help from hotel guest services or concierge. Book a table was difficult, you needed to book at least two 2 days in advance. Limited covers per night at all restaurants other than the buffett. Nice that the pool was also right near the beach. Good activities by the beach. Arranged outside of hotel scope. Hear for a fly and flop. Unlikely to visit again, but overall a good holiday.

We returned to Long Beach after three years and sadly the service has dropped and the facilities are in need of updating. Whilst there we had a day of broken air con, another of no hot water for the showers and another with no power to the electric sockets in our room and a broken phone- they have a WhatsApp chat with you to offer assistance but all issues raised were never replied to. We were on all inclusive package and the mini bar wasn’t refilled for two days. The room wasn’t cleaned on one day too. The bar and setting is good and overall the food is good- a bit hit and miss depending on who is running the kitchen that day but Hasu is incredible. Swimming pool needed a clean as has suncream grease on the top layer. Really sad as we chose to come for our 10th anniversary but we made the wrong choice. Some staff are incredible which made up for some of it and we made the most of the holiday but would never return and wouldn’t recommend anymore. More like 3*
