"The property grounds are nice, spacious and well kept. The beach beautiful. We had a standard room, very noisy and with the view to the parking lot, tried to change rooms but the receptionist didn't do nothing about it. Tried the next day, same answer. These girls at the reception are useless, they do not helped in any way. Tried to get a late checkout, same thing. No help at all. Too bad that such a nice hotel have these type of people working there, it makes you think twice in going back."

"O hotel fica entre os dois maiores shoppings da cidade, RioMar e Recife, proximo ao aeroporto e pertinho da praia de boa viagem. Ficamos apenas 1 diária no suítes. 3 adultos e um bebê. Chegamos as 10:30h, cientes que a entrada no quarto só seria as 14h. A recepcionista bastante educada e atenciosa no permitiu a entrada antes das 11h... agradeço demais a atenção da atendente Luma. O quarto eh bastante amplo, dois quartos mais uma sala com sofá cama. 02 banheiros. O café da manhã eh mediano,...
