I brought my family who had never been to an all-inclusive restaurant. We had an amazing 2 nights. The food and service were amazing. The staff was kind and professional. The pool bar was a real hit and the pool area and gardens were gorgeous.

One more restaurant option would be good. Pools are really cold in the winter. We got a room with a “Jacuzzi” but the water was extremely cold. The staff was the BEST. They made our days more fun. We stayed for 6 days. Barbecue day was my favorite. I missed some good steak on the buffet but besides that the food was great.

Superb property in a wonderful location, wonderful food and friendly staff full with full-day schedule for kids, teens and adults. Rooms have decent size however the hotel also has home-like apartments. Property is very well maintained - lawns, public spaces, rooms… are super clean. Despite all-inclusive they offer excellent quality drinks and food.

American tourists think twice!!! Beautiful place, but the service was the worst I have experienced in Brasil. With the current state of traveling you would think that tourists would be welcomed not treated as an inconvenience when travel plans are altered by airline cancellations. We stayed at a pousada nearby afterwards and the service was five stars, staff made you feel completely welcome. We’ll be back soon but won’t stay here.

Minha experiência no hotel ficou abaixo das expectativas para um empreendimento desta categoria e faixa de preço. Pontos negativos: * Toalhas visivelmente desgastadas e com aspecto antigo. * Limpeza do quarto precária, com forte cheiro de mofo durante toda a estadia. * Nas áreas comuns, principalmente nos locais de maior circulação, faltava limpeza e agilidade na retirada de pratos, copos e louças deixados pelos hóspedes após o consumo. * Banheiros das áreas comuns frequentemente apresentavam sujeira e forte odor desagradável. * Após o fechamento do restaurante do almoço, fica disponível apenas um banheiro de uso compartilhado (masculino e feminino) próximo à área de lazer, enquanto as demais opções ficam muito distantes. * Comida regular, nota 6/10. * Jantares especiais, nota 7/10. Pontos positivos: * Bebidas sempre bem geladas. * Destaque para o colaborador responsável pela retirada e transporte das malas, que prestou um atendimento cordial, ágil e muito atencioso. * Excelente localização à beira-mar. Avaliação geral: Apesar da boa localização e da estrutura do empreendimento, o hotel precisa melhorar significativamente seus padrões de limpeza, conservação e manutenção. No geral, o hotel me surpreendeu positivamente, a qualidade da comida é boa e a disponibilidade de bebidas também. A única ressalva é que a partir de três dias a alimentação fica repetitiva e eles não permitem que você vá para os restaurantes a la carte, que são restritos a partir de quatro diárias. Como não tinha disponibilidade para 4 noites, tive que optar por 3 dias. Ademais, a título de sugestão, considerando a proposta do cardápio, opções como risotos, hambúrgueres, assim como diversificar na proteína oferecida (em dois dias ofereceram galeto) durante o jantar, seria um excelente incremento. Já que há pizza no jantar, porquê não oferecer hambúrgueres também? Pois, com o passar dos dias fica aquela sensação de dejavu do almoço rs Outrossim, melhorar a qualidade dos vinhos oferecidos também seria ótimo.

Hotel muito bom. Comida saborosa e de ótima qualidade. Como o meu propósito era descansar, para mim foi perfeito. Não é um hotel com atrações até tarde nem com barulho o dia todo, considero um All Inclusive mais tranquilo. Lendo os comentários, acredito que muitas das críticas acontecem quando o hotel não atende às expectativas das hóspedes… mas é necessário pensar se tais expectativas são por conta de experiências com outros resorts (que sim, muitos outros contam com shows até tarde e música o dia todo, muitas ilhas no restaurante, etc) ou pelo que o hotel se propõe. O hotel não me decepcionou em nenhum momento, foi exatamente o que eu esperava… um lugar elegante, tranquilo, com comida e bebida boa. Fui com minha mãe e foi perfeito para descansarmos. Tivemos um problema durante o Check In onde falaram que nossa reserva (feita pelo hotéis.com) havia sido cancelada. Nos encaminharam para o almoço e o problema foi resolvido pela equipe, o que mostra agilidade no serviço. O jantar no restaurante Tuna foi impecável. Voltaria com certeza.
