Estive hospedado no hotel com minha esposa e meu filho de 4 anos e tivemos uma excelente experiência. O hotel é muito limpo, organizado e bem cuidado. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com grande variedade de opções e tudo muito saboroso. Além disso, todos os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos, educados e prestativos durante toda a nossa estadia. Com certeza voltaremos e recomendamos o hotel para quem busca conforto, qualidade e um atendimento diferenciado.

Ótimo hotel em Petrolina! Bem localizado, excelente atendimento! Todos muito simpáticos e prestativos. Oferece um quarto grande, com bom chuveiro, camas e travesseiros macios. Só um dos quartos estava com um pouco cheiro ruim no banheiro. Mas o outro estava ok. Café da manhã maravilhoso! Muita variedade de comida. Bom também ter um restaurante. Fizemos lanche de noite e estava saboroso!

O café da manhã foi maravilhoso. O atendimento da recepção foi ótimo. A cama era confortável. Tinha espaço na garagem. O ar condicionado funcionou bem. Achei a TV pequena. Tinha reservado um quarto com cama de casal, mas fiquei em um com camas de solteiro. O chuveiro não aquecia o bastante e estava com furos entupidos, reduzindo a vasão de água. Em um dos dias, o atendimento do restaurante foi demorado e a sopa não estava tão boa.

O quarto tem cheiro de mofo. Um café da manhã bem razoável para o valor da diária e das condições do hotel. Fiz a solicitação de uma NF no momento da chegada e disseram que receberia no Check out, ao sair a recepcionista informou que não seria possível porque a diária não foi fechada diretamente com o hotel e sim com a hoteis.com. Isso não é verdade, independente disso eles teriam que emitir a nota fiscal, mesmo que retirassem o valor da Hoteis.com!!! Insatisfeita!!!

Peguei o quarto 117 no 1° andar, por se tratar de um Hotel antigo, são bons os cômodos, porém, nas atualizações para melhorar, colocaram o interruptor de desligar a lâmpada na cabeceira, próximo ao local dos travesseiros, ou seja, o técnico se manutenção não teve nem o raciocínio que ao encostar o travesseiro na cabeceira, que é normal, apagava a lâmpada, causando incômodo ao realizar leitura no leito. É uma falha grave, será que ninguém atentou para isso??? Ademais, no conjunto o Hotel é muito bom, retornarei e me hospedarei nele novamente, mas, não no quarto 117 do 1° andar.

Foi caótico, esperamos mais de duas horas para ser acomodados, o quarto só tinha uma tomada utilizável, o ar condicionado fazia muito barulho e o controle não funcionava, a mesa de trabalho é minúscula, o chuveiro elétrico estava causando choque elétrico no registro do chuveiro, tivemos que tomar banho gelado mesmo, a iluminação do quarto é ruim, e por fim ainda "choveu" dentro do elevador...
