"The hotel and grounds are well maintained. Lovely! The front desk service was superb. However, the service at the buffet was very inconsistent. Be sure to ask about egg options. Don’t always offer them to you. Doesn’t appear there is a system for clearing tables, managing the buffet and sharing options with customers. Stay away from the buffer during last 45 minutes. Service even more disjointed. "

"Easy to get to great location really nice staff quite a spacious room with tean coffee and kettle very nice surprise . Clean with a great shower . Only reason its not 5 stars all round waa because the room was set at 16 i would have thought for most 18 min ...and i prefer 20 22. Another time i would take warmer clothes or get a twin room so i could have 2 duvets warmed up once in bed but not ideal . The other reason was i had expected the evening restaurant but its shut fri sat sun ...not that...

"Mama Shelter hotels are always funky and interesting. The Bordeaux one is in a quiet area but only a couple of minutes walk from the main shopping area. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we needed advice on how to get the to arena for a show. We ate in the hotel restaurant on the first night as we arrived late after a long day, but the service was non existent and the food average so I would avoid eating there as there are so many fabulous restaurants in the area.
