"We were not able to stay at the Hotel Gigur, since Americans are not allowed to travel to Iceland and our airline cancelled our trip. I know they have a no-refund policy, but I would have thought there might be some forgiveness given the situation with the pandemic. Despite several tries, I was unsuccessful in getting a refund. "
