"We were not able to stay at the Hotel Gigur, since Americans are not allowed to travel to Iceland and our airline cancelled our trip. I know they have a no-refund policy, but I would have thought there might be some forgiveness given the situation with the pandemic. Despite several tries, I was unsuccessful in getting a refund. "

"Wonderful stay on a working farm! Perfect cabin nestled in the woods, absolutely amazing restaurant with farm to table food, including their homemade bread and cheeses (even have a delectable GF homemade bread!). Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, would absolutely return and stay longer to explore more of the area!"
