I was left outside in cold and rain unable to gain access as I should have been sent a code or instructions on how to enter. Dispute several calls a pacing around the property i had no response. I was left cold wet and stranded. Left no choice than to find another hotel as close as possible to get a room for the night which I did at twice the cost and another taxi to the new hotel!
