Hotel with wifi in North Rhine-Westphalia

"The room was cleaned, the bathroom glass appeared dirty. I left food items and beverages in my refrigerator and when we came back later in the evening, someone had unplugged the fridge so they went in my room after we checked in. The curtains, the chairs and sofa are way overdue for a replacement. The bed was clean and comfortable. It is right on the square close to everything. The breakfast was really good, and the staff are very nice."
