“I thank you the hotel personnel. It Is a Good place to stay safe in CapHaitian. Good maintenance, view, environment. There are some opportunity áreas. Only at the front desk there are some personas that speak English. At the Restaurant, the workers speak only their own language and the service is not good, the ones at my staying, were distracted and I had to stand up to look for the menú, to look for the waiters, they were not busy, but distracted; while taking the Neal order, they rather bring...

“Let me tell you guys that this is truly a beautiful place a really Paradise...the staff is so wonderful the food is so wonderful the view is breathtaking...this place is away from all the hustle and bustle....I really wish I would have stayed more days there...I mostly definitely would stay there again...but next time for a week...I loved it....thank you staff for making me feel at home...they even gave me a hug when I was leaving..xoxoxo”

“The staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The management team is the best I’ve seen at any location I’ve vacationed before. The honeymoon room was set up with rose pedals, kissing doves and wine. Also, now with covid testing requirements to renter into the USA, they have a partnership with a medical clinic that comes to the hotel for rapid testing. I had NO problems at the airport boarding my plane. Did I mention...some of the BEST Haitian food I’ve ever...
