Clean room, great ambiance, staff is friendly. Air conditioning is okay. One thing I will say, the owners need to invest more in the building a lot of outdated structures and the bathroom is one of them.

I thank you the hotel personnel. It Is a Good place to stay safe in CapHaitian. Good maintenance, view, environment. There are some opportunity áreas. Only at the front desk there are some personas that speak English. At the Restaurant, the workers speak only their own language and the service is not good, the ones at my staying, were distracted and I had to stand up to look for the menú, to look for the waiters, they were not busy, but distracted; while taking the Neal order, they rather bring you what they understood, than what you actually ask for. One week before I book a room in Roí du Christoph. The room they gave me, had a Hole in the floor and in the room. There was a Palm Tree inside the room, with the wind, it was moving and noisy. In addition, through the hole free Space between the roof and the tree, while raining, water and mosquitos were able to get in the room. This was not in this staying, but in the staying of one week before; even I asked to be change to another room,… rooms were not available. In general, not bad for the resources and social of situación of the country

Well located in town. Nice grounds. Rooms are a hit or miss. Within 2 weeks, 2 stays, 1 room was very spacious and nice, the other one was tiny, cramped and with a super soft terrible bed. For the price, you would expect A/C more hours but very limited in super hot weather during the day and was turned on only around 7pm to 6 am at nights. Restaurant food is excellent, good portions, super tasty. Well worth it. Drinks are reasonably priced.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The exterior is quite nice, featuring many spots where you can sit for a drink or get some work done, which I found quite pleasant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. While the overall cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory, the maintenance left much to be desired, particularly in the rooms. Unfortunately, the rooms did not reflect the charm of the hotel's exterior. The facilities provided were basic, and the bed was not comfortable, which affected the quality of my sleep. Given these points, I would recommend this hotel primarily for solo travelers looking for a short stay. The charming exterior and friendly staff are highlights, but the rooms and facilities could use significant improvements to match the overall appeal of the property.

I’ve stayed at this property a few times before over the past 10 years. It got more expensive, but the service hasn’t caught up to the exorbitant price. I got to the hotel early at 10am, and was told check-in was 2pm, which was fine. I was able to leave my bags and went to explore. At check-in time, I was told I could come in but no towels were available yet until later on, they were still being washed. There were mosquitos in the bedroom, water drop coming from the ceiling. The TV and electricity worked ok. The WiFi was ok, in some specific spots. The location is good. The front desk staff was very unprofessional, even got super angry at me because I cancelled a taxi pick-up shortly after I placed it. Might you, the taxi pickup with their people was 8 times more than regular taxi you can get right outside, which I only learned about after they told me the price. Last but not least, I was attacked by a dozens of bees, got sting everywhere in my body, just walking toward my room. There was no notice about bees on the property. Some of the staff rushed in to help. A terrible experience overall.

The common areas and the personnel are lovely. However, the room I stayed in is quite old and definitely not worth the price. The room has no closing windows, so it is pretty noisy. You can perfectly hear the noise of people and the music at the bar. There are also no curtains in the room, so there is a lot of light during the night.
