"They denied us the room due to my medical alert service dog. They claimed it was a pet even with my paper work, certificates and vest! Worse they lied to hotel.com claiming they would give us the room for an extra $100 and refused refund. We reserved and arrived less than 24 hrs later and we lost a room we did not use almost $400. They said my service dog was unsanitary to the other guests and refused us entry. At 9pm at night we had to find another hotel! Horrible experience "

"We stayed at the Bistro Estrada this past weekend. Our stay was wonderful from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with fresh juice and big smiles. Our room was perfect, very clean adorable. The bistro area is very pretty and quaint. Our server at breakfast (I didn't get her name) greeted us every morning with a big smile. She was very friendly.
