We stayed for an MMA event at the convention center. Our room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We appreciated the water and coffee in the lobby. Great value and an excellent choice if you’re attending an event nearby.

Good location across street from shopping mall. staff were very helpful, though check-in was very slow due to only one receptionist and many people trying ti check in. Room was immaculate and restaurant was superb.

My dad is Nicaraguan and I always go on vacation, our vehicle broke down and we had to stay one night in Managua and we chose this hotel, it was a pleasant experience, comfortable, the staff very attentive and friendly. Delicious breakfast, close to everything.

Clean, convenient and safe property for flying in and out of Managua. If you want to take in some sightseeing, the walk to the Laguna / Mirador is very much worth doing and is just behind the property. The area is also next to some military zone so it felt very safe walking around. There is a shopping center opposite to the hotel (not upscale). Taxi to the airport was $20 and took about 15 mins. Hotel staff was very helpful.

I appreciate the staff friendliness. I appreciate the dining options. I did not appreciate there was no laundry facilities. When your advertisement says laundry facilities, I was expecting a place to do your own laundry. Not laundry services provided by the hotel. That was NOT available on this particular day.

I had read other reviews on this property that mentioned the same thing. At check-in the room we booked and pre-paid for was not available. The lady at the reception was not accommodating, and we were stuck in one queen bed eventhough we had booked two full size bed room. I guess thats why you don't come to countries like Nicaragua. Complete scam.

I hate the parking for guests almost 80% have orange cones. Guests cannot park the security guys dont let us park in front or near the entrance because they have cones. But ppl.that give them CASH they reserve the spots for them.
