The gym does not have equiptment that works. The bath was not as advertised and extremly small. The reason for booking that room was the bath tub that was pictured. Otherwise the property is very nice and clean and safe and the staff are great.

Contempo is a nice piece of property conveniently located. Definitely needs a facelift. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Our room was bit outdated, the handle for the shower was loose and came undone ( they had no one to fix it ) there was NO hot water in the shower, the air conditioning didn’t work well.

This is the best value in Managua. Especially now that the new mall is 3 minute walk away. Its like walking down a street in Palm Springs. Surrounded by beautiful mansions. The hotel itself is bright, modern and has one of the best restaurants. Service is excellent. Best kept secret!

I love boutique properties, and this property was no exception. Airport pick up/drop off, ease of check in, clean room, comfortable bed, hot water and staff which were so helpful dealing with me and my oh so limited Espanol speaking. This is a beautiful property at an excellent location. If you know the back way it's as close to the airport as downtown hotels. Some of the rooms exceeded expectations, one did not.

Pleasant stay in modern hotel

Good hotel, with friendly helpful staff despite the language barriers. Limited English from most, but enough for most situations. Breakfast included meant one item and a drink from the a la carte menu. Large portions, and great quality, especially the fruit platter, which came with granola and yogurt. Room relatively large, with huge bed, but very little natural light. Modern communal areas, Approx 30 mins in a taxi from downtown Managua ($20-25)
