"The staff tried their best to accommodate us; however upon check-in when we arrived and walked into our room it smelled like rotten eggs in our room. They came to clean it again and tried to remove the smell. Then the door to cover the mim fridge was broken at the hinge. Juan did his best to fix it as soon as we arrived. Other than that it wasnt a bad stay."

"This hotel was pretty nice. It was surface level very clean but looking close there was mold in the bathroom on the walls and light fixtures. Not the biggest deal. It was walkable which was nice and there was things to do and see around the area. I didn't like that you had to pay for parking but the room price was relatively cheap. I would stay here again. "

"The room was clean and updated. We had dinner at Chi's and it was delicious. We enjoyed going up to the observation tower. The views were amazing. The only bummer was the view from the window was the wall of the building next door."
