I have been coming to the Harrah’s for years and each year the rooms seem to get worse despite saying “renovated” . The room was really dirty and all the drawers do not stay closed. The air conditioning kept going off. The private beach is always super clean and the reason why we always choose to stay here. Also if you’re booking a stay here I think there should be a discount towards jet ski rentals and canopy rentals, there is no reason why a canopy rental cost more than your 3-4 day stay for a few hours that’s ridiculous.

Look this hotel is super outdated . Its says newly renovated … absolutely not . The smell says otherwise . The beach part is nice the pools are nasty . And to top it off we found bed bugs . And more people did as well. We went to complain at 12:30 am and they did not help us at all we were met with rude attitudes and bad customer service . Dont even waste yoir money its absolutely terrible

Very outdated and even I was on the renovated tower the AC was so full of dust that the lints start falling on top of the sink . The linen was clean . Thank goodness because the smell of cigarette was so bad that I sleep covering my face with the sheet . I ending coffins all night. I request a crib 2 time never delivered. The grind desk agent on Tuesday night was horrible . I could talk to her . I have not enough work to express the frustration. I do not recommend this property at all. Is only good picture marketing.
