"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."

"O.hotel esta localizado longe do centro e para chegar lá a estrada é de chão. Ponto positivo é que da para chegar ao lago correntoso a partir de uma trilha que sai do.hotel. hotel precisando de reparos urgentes. Chão de madeira parece estar afundando. Todo o hotel está precário. Quarto premium sufocante de tão quente. Sem ar condicionado. Colocaram um ventilador no chão, que nao faz nenhum efeito. Trocamos de quarto no dia seguinte, menos quente mas bem precário tambem. Atendimento...
