"Stayed there 2 nights arriving the day after Diwali. Very welcoming and everyone so helpful. Delhi was alive with fireworks well seen and heard from the lovely roof terrace. Easy going live music on terrace. Just the best evening we've had for ages. Room very comfy as were the lounges. My wife did a private yoga class then some massage. She was very impressed with both. "The hotel was nice. Decent sized room. Staff courteous & helpful. Free wifi facilities. The room service was good, restaurant space small. The upholstery of the sofa & chair was torn at places, needs replacement. So does the door handles. Toiletries were provided. No hair dryer. Hot water facility was good. Overall a nice experience. "There were holes in the ceiling, and mice came into my room, biting through my backpack. There was no hot water. There was no bathtub or shower, just a bucket. There was no soap, towel, bathroom tissue. There was no balcony that was advertised. The pickup promised to be arranged as "very reasonable" cost 10 times more that uber I used to return. The was no free taxi service to nearby attraction that are advertised."
