Property is very dated and for a 5 star hotel the room was small and the state of the bathroom was well below 3 stars compared to other hotels I have stayed at. Breakfast options were average.

The service was impeccable. Very charming hotels with multiple restaurants close together, a tea room, and a bar with music. It was vibrant and polished. The service was excellent!

I was hesitant at for after reading reviews, but the properly and entire staff was absolutely amazing. We declined a room upgrade because my wife wanted a balcony, but the room is super clean spacious. In good faith, the manager sent my wife and I a bottle of wine. They went out of the way to make us comfortable and happy. Highly recommended.. Also, the bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. I actually took a picture of it to order it when we get back to the US. A++++

Beautiful historical hotel in a green area of New Delhi with palatial rooms and lots of gorgeous paintings and other pieces of art. Nice pool and fabulous choice for breakfast with many healthy items. Staff is wonderful, very attentive and professional. I can highly recommend!

My 6th stay and the location is good for everything I need to do in Delhi Service is excellent and we enjoyed dinner in Pickwicks both nights Room was comfortable and quiet but the bathroom needs a refurb
