"Hotel is high priced for the adjoining hotel and guests that stay there. The other hotel on the grounds was a little run down and made us a little nervous leaving at night. Pillows were very small and not very comfortable. Hotel was clean, pool was dirty, so we did not use it."

"The Foundation is a historic building, an old firehouse that has been converted to a hotel. The hotel rooms are decorated in an art deco / mid century blend of decor and there are many original preserved details throughout the property. The terrazzo flooring is in mixed condition and I found it to be very cold. I would've preferred hardwood or carpet. "We had a great stay at the Parkshore Resort. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious & the patio that walked out to the beach was awesome. Beautiful views of the bay! The restaurant at the hotel was also great; good food & a fun atmosphere. "
