Our room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good proximity to Ford Field which is where we attended a concert. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect for downtown Detroit activities, very walkable to all the main sites. Check in was easy, staff were friendly (both the front desk and the outside security guard). Parking is conveniently located across the street. The room was very large and nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed. It was one of the rare hotels where the air conditioning worked so well, all night, keeping the room perfectly cold! We would gladly stay at this hotel for all our Detroit visits!

Full kitchen, washer and dryer. Room was huge. Great having a gym on site too. Lots of food options within walking distance. Also, if you take the bus from the airport, $2 US, it stops right at Cass and Michigan, 1 minute walk to hotel. Stayed here two years ago, will stay here again

Loved this place. The vibes were great. Staff was amazing. Received a text after check in asking if the room was to our liking, if we needed anything further, questions about the area and such. Property was better than expected after reading some of the reviews. It was clean but not spotless a few hairs in shower and around but otherwise clean. It is right on the edge of sketchy across from bus station so many homeless, but there were officers around. Their were very nice hotels right across the street so it was fine.

⭐ Quick Review – Houze Hotel Detroit I stayed at the Houze Hotel in Detroit for a one‑night visit, and overall it served its purpose well. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who handled my check‑in quickly and provided the link for my digital key. The studio‑style room was clean and surprisingly well‑equipped — refrigerator, stove, dishes, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and even an ironing board. For a short stay, having all those amenities made things easy and comfortable. The location was another plus: centrally placed and just minutes from the Fox Theater, which made getting around downtown simple. It wasn’t a luxury stay, but it was convenient, clean, and exactly what I needed for a quick overnight in the city

The location was good for walking to a concert at Ford Field. Parking across the street for $30 overnight was very convenient. Our bed was comfortable. The friends we came with had a broken bed that sunk in at the center. When we brought this to staff’s attention, they said they would look at it but never mentioned it again and did nothing to improve it. No other rooms were available to move to. Full kitchen was nice but microwave was broken.

I give the hotel 3 just because they let me pay 15 us $ to leave my luggage in the hotel till 3.45 pm time for check in this is the first-time happen to me and also they have problem in there elevators.,but at all the hotel is clean,quiet, close to every thing I need ,the staff is fantastic

For $330 per night, it was disappointingto say the least. Found pieces of broken glass on the carpet. Reported it and never heard back. Would not recommend this hotel. Staff were friendly though.
