Staff was incredibly helpful from the time we walked in with finding local fun things to do. The room was clean and the breakfast delivery was right on time. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in while traveling. Everything worked at the pool area and hot tub.

We booked a patio beach front room with a King and Queen bed. The room was so comfortable and spacious we wanted to stay longer. And being able to walk right out to the beach or sit on the semi-private patio and watch the water was exactly why we chose this location. We loved the balcony overlooking the water. Beautiful sandy beach out front with chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast was delivered to your room so you could eat it on your balcony. We would definitely stay here again. Oh, I forgot to add the sunset was amazing.

We had a great stay at the Grand Beach Resort! We went for Memorial Day weekend and I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodating nature of the staff (especially Adriel!!!) . They handled our minor concerns with care and professionalism and the room was clean, breakfast was timely and tasty, and the beach was maintained and so enjoyable - all for a reasonable price, even on a holiday weekend. I will DEFINITELY be back when I return to Traverse City and will recommend to others.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I must say it will not be my last. I’m typically in Traverse city once a year attending a conference and the room, staff, and check-in process was all great!
