"At first I was a bit surprised at staying in the dark yellow painted, deep red curtained and darkwood themed Africa room (135) but it grew on me. The patio area was pretty dark though. Breakfast was great but no restaurant for an evening meal nor a bar which was a shame. On leaving I realised I left my almost nearly new (expensive) CK shower gel behind and despite getting in touch that afternoon both by email and phone I received this reply at 20.00 - unfortunately we throw hygiene products from...

"Sehr schönes Zimmer: - sauber - gemütliches Bett - 3 unterschiedliche Kissen zur Auswahl - Balkon mit Markise - Ein Fön, der diesen Namen verdient Toller Wellnessbereich, erreichbar ohne durch eine Lobby o.ä. zu müssen: -Saunatücher - sauber - ausreichend Ruheliegen - ruhig Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr sehr nett und aufmerksam. "

"Sadly the restaurant takes it down a notch. No clear direction on where to go to get there and the servers felt confused but they where nice. The food was good though. We must also have had some elephants sleeping above us but that is not the Hotels fault 😅"
