Spacious room in a great location. The breakfast was very enjoyable, and we slept well in our beds. Requesting an extra pillow was no problem. Very service minded and friendly staff. The only downside was the non-functioning pool and the somewhat outdated fitness facilities. A lot of the machines were down due to maintenance issues.

Welcome to the sleepy town of Luneburg. The room was very homey with a/c. This hotel is in a perfect location to go exploring on foot. The selection for breakfast has many good choices. I had the best schnitzel in the restaurant on this trip to Germany. Thankfully this charming town wasn’t destroyed by the war.

I booked a suit but the hotel reception gave me a 4 th floor without elevator, far from amenities, view to tree rather than other rooms view to river. No water in room , kettel was dirty and rusted.

We were in room 237 which was directly above a room with a balcony, which was obviously a refuge for smokers. The smoke drifted in to our room all day and night. It was also above the exit gates to the hotel's underground car park and the rumbling of the retractable steel doors started in the early hours and continued all day. It meant that rest during the day and sleep at night was much disrupted.

Die schöne Lage ist das einzig positive. Zimmer dreckig am Anreisetag, trotz Beschwerde wurde unzureichend geputzt. Überall Staub im Zimmer, für Allergiker ungeeignet. Kalkablagerung in der Dusche. Efeu wächst durch den Fensterrahmen !!! Wie kann so ein Hotel den Check 24 Award 2025 erhalten?
