Overall excellent!

Friendly greeting on arrival. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Complimentary drinks in mini fridge an unexpected bonus as was the tea and coffee in reception. Breakfast was well stocked with continental and cooked breakfast items. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Sofern hat alles gepasst. Bett war Top, Bad war Top, nur unter eins der Sofas was ich aufgrund meiner Koffer kurz zur Seite verschieben musste, befanden sich Glassplitter und das waren keine kleinen, bestimmt 3-4cm groß.

We chose the Dormero Hotel because it had EV chargers on site. It did indeed, but they don't work. According to the staff, there is only one that works correctly, but throughout our stay, it was connected to a car with a Hanover number plate and was therefore unavailable. Not impressed.

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, Getränk und Kaffee im Foyer. Hunde dürfen ohne Zusatzkosten übernachten. Sehr nah zum Maschsee und Sprengel Museum. Wir würden wieder kommen.
