Friendly greeting on arrival. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Complimentary drinks in mini fridge an unexpected bonus as was the tea and coffee in reception. Breakfast was well stocked with continental and cooked breakfast items. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Things I didn't like: Bathroom had a fowl smell on and off, had to use odor spray quite often. Housekeeping is only on request and even after I requested for my room to be cleaned (I travelled to a family's place for 3 days) and still didn't get done, my room was not cleaned. Things I liked: Right in middle of great sights seeing, downtown, very accessible to transportation.

Wir haben eine Nacht im Dormero-Hotel verbracht und alles hat super geklappt. Das Hotel liegt 3 U-Bahn Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und vor dem Hotel ist direkt die U-Bahn Station Schlägerstraße. Zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig. Nettes Personal an der Rezeption und sauberer Zimmer, die zwar klein, aber völlig ausreichend für einen Cityurlaub sind. Schönes, modernes Ambiente und Bad. Gut fand ich auch, dass es an der Rezeption 24 Stunden Tee, Kaffee und Wasser gab und die Minibar umsonst war. Einzig die Matratze war mir zu weich und obwohl ich wirklich nicht schwer bin, bin ich tief eingesunken, was unbequem war.
