First I find it far too high and second the process to refund it was very strange. At check in they charged my credit card $1000 and then at check out they said they had to run it again for another $1000 before they could refund the original $1000. The kitchen is not constructed yet at the moment but you get a voucher for free breakfast in a café close by. Nice staff. Quiet in the evening. I had a good nights sleep.
