This was a great All In One choice--great staff, helpful in every way--super great restaurant on the main floor, great lobby and a roof top swimming pool. Great services nearby as well--supermarket, coffee shop, church and town plaza.
Grand old property, the jewel of days gone by. The building is immaculate inside, the restaurant is great, the bar is beautiful (with great selection and amazing prices), but the neighborhood has slipped noticably

Loved the roof top bar and view! Room was clean and spacious. The shower was small with no closing door or shower curtain. Room key is needed for lights and air conditioner. Food was really good in restaurants, the buffet break was adequate with good hot coffee. Overall I would stay here again since I think it was the best place for in town Las Tablas! And the staff was very friendly!
We always stay here when we visit the family in Las Tablas. The rooms are very comfortable and the AC always works. The staff is very helpful and polite.
The only thing i think they need to work on is their breakfasts options. They have had the same menu for years and its quite bland and boring.
We had our dog with us. They say they are pet friendly. Room was tight. The stand they give you to put your suitcase on, No room to open the closet. 2 double beds in it. No frills. Just straight hotel. Restaurant was good. Rose the bartender was AWESOME. She hooked us up on a good local bar.
Maybe pay more attention to the little details. Cleanlines.specially

Improvement needed.
Our room was spacious with a bar fridge (that was extremely iced over), balcony and adequate storage. The bed was firm and comfortable. The hotel is aging but the owners seem to try to maintain serviceability. We were on the 2nd floor. Wifi was spotty the first day and non-functioning on the 2nd and 3rd days. It seemed to work fine in the lobby area only. There was a safety deposit box in the room, but it was malfunctioning. Maintenance could not repair it. The was no hot water the entire time of our visit although we were advised when we arrived that it was malfunctioning, but would be repaired shortly. I guess shortly is a relative term. We had decent service in the restaurant but had to wait at least 45 minutes on one day to even get a cup of coffee. Saying that, the restaurant was busy with a large sports team taking up most of the tables and there being only 2 wait staff. I do not blame the wait staff, they were doing their best. Cleanliness was an issue. The shower glass was dirty on both the inside of the shower and the outside that was next to the toilet. It was not touched once during our stay.
We did not have towels…no breakfast on our checkout…overall an ok place since it is the best hotel in las Tablas…

Liked: Staff & service
Staff was very hospitable, check-in was smooth, restaurant breakfast was excellent. Did not get maid service one day despite leaving $2 tip; no hot water for shower; only turned on TV once but most channels were scrambled; instant coffee only available in room (restaurant coffee was excellent!); paper thin walls … but a very convenient location near the town square, and for the price, Hotel is an excellent value!
By far the nicest hotel in Las Tablas, we stay there every time we visit family. The only thing I think they need to improve is their breakfast. I know it's included with your stay but it's very limited and not cooked well. The kitchen needs to take a course on how to properly cook eggs.

The restaurant charged us 1.00 per container when we order food to go. But overall the hotel is ok. Good air conditioning totally need it in Las Tablas. Pool a little small for the qty of rooms they have.

By far the nicest place to stay in Las Tablas. Having stayed there at least 15 times i feel i can share about this.
It seems that whenever the hotel is almost empty they turn off the hot water, maybe to save money. At least 3 times that we have stayed there was no hot water and we were told it was broken. Come on now?? Really
Aside from that it is a nice somewhat quiet place to stay. As long as there are no fastivals or street parties going on.
