"We hadden twee kamers geboekt, maar helaas lagen deze niet naast elkaar. 1 kamer op het gelijkvloers en de andere op de 2de verdieping. Bij aankomst deed de receptioniste geen enkele moeite om ons tegemoet te komen en kwam bovendien onvriendelijk over. Gelukkig was een ander personeelslid wél vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar toch wilde ze deze niet omboeken.
