A short walking distance from the train station although the hotel can arrange pickups, if asked. Perfect location within Old Town itself. It is within easy reach of almost all museums . Great beds. Amazing breakfasts and the staff really could not have been more helpful.

Lovely room and great service. An easy walk to the main square and with many shops nearby. An Uber pickup point was just around the corner and the staff arranged for our salt mine tour for people with disabilities. We did not eat at the restaurant but people we asked said good things about it. The hotel was near the moat park and was very quiet. We would stay there again

The location was fantastic! Loved the decor of this hotel! The Breakfast was excellent! Lots and Lots of food! We didn’t have to eat lunch! Money savings there. The staff was so helpful, kind and friendly! The kitchen made us the most delicious take away lunch/breakfast the day we went to Auschwitz. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Krakow! I Highly recommend this Hotel!

Great Hotel located in a very prime location for walking to all the sites that we wanted to visit. They need to replace their hairdryers … we were told ALL the handles are broken. It would be nice to have slippers and robes like other hotels of the same caliber provide.
