"Great location right in the center of Downtown Koror. Offers all the services needed and there are a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Nice pool area to relax and our room offered fantastic views on the Rock Island. They also habe rental cars available, which is perfect if you want to explore the island on your own. Overall great experience and very friendly and helpful staff!"

"THIS IS NOT A HOTEL -- it is a 2 bedroom apartment converted to "hotel". The living room was turned into "front desk". Apartment bedroom #1 is the twin bed "hotel" room A. The other apartment bedroom, is room B with the queen bed. The apartment kitchen is the breakfast area and the area between the kitchen and the "front desk" is the hotel lobby. "設備などは新しいので問題なし。しかし、チェックインも遅くて、クレジットカード決済もミスするわ、カードキーも2枚中1枚は使えないし。アメニティも用意されておらず、電話しないと持って来ない。5日間中歯ブラシも交換ないので、連絡しようとしたが、受付と話しする事自体がストレスなので歯磨き粉は自前のものを使った。外出時の用意されるはずのタオルがなくて、用意するのに時間がかかる。毎日何かしらの待ちや二度手間ばかり。日本人からしたらストレスだらけのサービス内容。チェックインの時に遅いと意見を書いたところ、間違いがあってはダメなので時間を頂いています、と返信が来たが、そちらが遅くて間違えてるからこちらが言ってるのだ、と言うことが理解出来ていないのだろうか？甚だ疑問のホテルであった。"
