Great hotel in Koror

This is a great hotel- very clean, well-located, and comfortable. I’ve stayed in many hotels throughout my life, and without a doubt, this place has the kindest and most attentive staff I’ve ever encountered. Their hospitality truly made the difference. Highly recommended!

This was my second time staying here. I can honestly say this place is very consistent with how well this place is ran. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel is well kept; very clean. It’s close to the main road in Palau, so it’s a great location. Highly recommend staying here when coming to visit Palau.

Great little gem in the center of Koror

Clean. The reception staff were exceptional. They helped us so much. They hot us set up wuth a left side drive rental car, and the last night found us a pizza at almost 10pm. They have a room for luggage storage if needed. They will set up a taxi for $30 to or from the airport (taxis charge $25/person). Nice free breakfast-not quite American style, more like an Asian-American mix. I would atay there again. Walking distance to most of downtown Koror.

Staff was rude and overbearing, room was dirty was not swept the entire week. Looked under the bed and had not been cleaned in a long time. housekeeping was difficult to get and then only made the bed. Staff was intrusive and rude they keep wanting our key. Inspected the room before we could leave, and tried not to give a receipt at checkout. Breakfast was left overs from the tour dinner the day before ie. pork stew boiled cabbage etc. It was a disappointing experience on a beautiful Island.

Very convenient location in the middle of Koror; walkable to shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were small but nice and clean. Area to dine and hang out was nice as well. Appreciate the hot breakfast.
