This is a great boutique hotel very convenient to downtown so you can walk to the store. The room was extremely clean and cozy. The staff were always extremely helpful. The breakfast was amazing lots of variety and they make any style egg that you would like. Splurge on the view it’s totally worth it. The gift shop right next to the hotel is 10/10 and this is also where you can book massages. We had two while we were there and they were both amazing!!

Excellent staff. Problem was our room was above the bar/restaurant The canoe House( which is very good) which on Friday and Saturday have loud caterwauling noise and singers until 2 am. Good luck getting any sleep

There are many great features of this hotel, the most outstanding is their comfortable bed. We stayed at another hotel (twice the price of this one) and the beds were rock hard! All staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fresh and eggs are made to order. Their restaurant is serving local and international food that is fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this stay.

Location is perfect. Everything is walking distance. Breakfast is good. Coffee & biscuits avail all day😁 Bed and pillows were 5/5. Canoe bar is gr8! Staff were very polite, happy to help. Nothing was a bother. Nice back garden and pool area. Get a room at the rear if possible. Good internet. We went to PRR after & wanted to go back lol. 5/5 rated as a hotel, not a resort.

We were picked up at the airport right on time. No problems at all even with our group of 12. I stayed in a room with a view and a balcony. It was clean and comfortable. The a/c worked really well. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They responded quickly to the emails I sent with questions before my stay. I will be returning at the end of the week and look forward to another 4 days of comfort.
