"I really enjoyed spending time at this hotel. The staff are very welcoming and wonderful people to be around. The staff made sure that I had a shuttle to go around town and a safe way to get there, had a secure place to store the remaining luggage, and they made delicious food for breakfast and at the restaurant. I would highly recommend to stay at the Stella Maris Lodge."

You recommending something what doesnt exist officially,causing a lots of trouble for guests and staff.Guests like me leaving hotel with disappointment. Who is going to recompansate a money i lost? "Beautiful gated property. Stayed here specifically for the pool-didn't disappoint. We used this property to relax after climbing Kilimanjaro. It was very restful. Food was okay. Prices very reasonable. I wasn't impressed with drinks-no ice, so no specialty drinks, wine was not good, beer was cold and good. Language a little bit of a barrier, but managed. Have to put your food order in and reservation time prior to dinner time. Not sure why, but it was unusual. Pleasant staff. Rooms...

"When we arrived there they had over booked and did not have a room available for us. Although we booked 1 month in advance. Their general manager was not apologetic. Seemed like they had an event and they gave our rooms to some dignitaries. "
