The Kibo is the nicest hotel in Moshi - friendly staff, nice morning breakfast, room is cleaned every day. The staff at breakfast and in the rooftop dining room are super friendly and helpful. Right in the middle of Moshi so you get the full Tanzanian experience.

Modern hotel in central Moshi. Staff were amazing! My suitcase lock broke & I couldn’t open the outside of my suitcase & they came up with tools to save the day. At breakfast, they accommodated my vegan needs & the cook even made fresh sweet treats for me. They helped me get a safe taxi to my starting tour hotel. I picked a Kilimanjaro view room & was given a 7th floor one. It had fantastic windows which would have made for a spectacular view but the clouds kept Kili hidden for my stay. Location was great to walk to Union Cafe, ATM or shop next door for water/snacks. Kibo Hotel helped make the start of my Tanzanian vacation go even better than expected.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were endlessly courteous, friendly and helpful. The location in the middle of Moshe was great. It is a great location for walking around the town.
