Incredible in every way, it’s an oasis in the sand. We loved everything from the pool to the gym to the food but what makes it all stand out is the staff. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure every need you have is met, they are kind and remember you from day to day which felt like an extra special touch. There was even a sweet little dog on the grounds, Scarlett, who made it all feel like home. Thank you Pink Flamingo for making our stay exceptional.

This was our second time at Pink Flamingo, again they provided exceptional service, attention to detail and amazing food! We were there for New Years Eve and it was very special. The Pink Flamingo provided fireworks, champagne and snacks and we all rang in the New Year around the pool. We would love to go back again. Special shoutout to all the staff, Juanita, Joseph and all the attentive wonderful serving staff by the pool. Everyone really made our once in a lifetime trip even more magical and we cannot thank you enough. The level of communication is superior to any other hotel we have stayed out. If you have a chance to visit Mochi and Mt. Kilimanjaro you must stay here! On our last day we finally were able to see the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro from the pool area and it was worth the wait, she is magnificant.

Best Boutique Hotel Near Kilimanjaro by Far

This is the best boutique hotel we ever stayed in and it’s right in Moshi, Tanzania! Spacious, beautifully decorated, delightful garden and grounds, swimming pool, superb view of Mt Kilimanjaro, good food and super friendly staff. Highly recommended!

The hotel is really beautiful, the attention is really cool and the views are amazing. But what I liked the most is how clean this hotel is. Definitely recommended for anyone. The transportation has to be pre booked because there is not much around the hotel.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time at the Pink Flamingo. This stay was at the end of our Safari trip and it was the perfect place to relax. We stayed at the cottage and pretty much it was like having a small house for us with a private pool. We even got to see Mount Kilimanjaro from our terrace! Definitely recommended.

BEST accommodations in the Kilimanjaro region

I have been to the Kilimanjaro area on six separate occasions and there is no other place that compares to the Pink Flamingo. It was honestly one to the best places I have ever stayed at in all my years of travel. The accommodations, food, service and general customer service attentiveness was a 10/10. The Pink Flamingo will be by forever home away from home when I travel to the Kilimanjaro region. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend Pink Flamingo Hotel Kilimanjaro Tanzania. Leondro & Teresa are fantastic hosts. I was met by Leondro at 2am with a warm smile huge handshake and drink offers. True professionalism. They treated me like royalty for the entire time. The facilities are excellent, rooms exceptionally clean and very good size. There are Great outdoor & pool(s) areas. The bar - It’s a virtual bar. As the staff will give you a list where ever you are. Food times are when you need and very good food. I loved it so much I am going back in a month. Thank you Leondro (Apologies if I have that spelling incorrect) and Teresa. Your staff are ever attentive and polite . You have a paradise that is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Kilimanjaro. It’s a perfect place to just relax. Robert.

Property is beautiful, clean, staff is friendly, the food we tried was very good, very nice interior designing. The only downsides were: -that the A/C didnt work the only night we stayed which was after our kilimanjaro trek when I was exhausted and this didnt allow me to get proper rest... - the hot water came out all at once at the beginning of the shower so it ran out quickly -the spa and the massage were fantastic but the masseuse had her cellphone with her while i was naked and didnt leave the spa afterwards to give me privacy while i showered and i was very uncomfortable and disappointed.
