“The staff were so friendly and helpful, that was great. And the food was really good - excellent choices at both breakfast and dinner. I ended up feeling too full to try everything! The hotel is near both the station, and the centre of Seefeld, so good access is offered. We had a good sized bedroom and a nice balcony. The receptionists were always helpful with advice, and finding out more information for us.”

“Room was nice. We were given a card that gave us free activities in the area that was an excellent surprise. We used the card to ride the hop on bus to tour Innsbruck.. we didn't have time for the cable car. Everything was excellent and the staff was friendly and kind.”

Von Anfang bis Ende des Urlaubs haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ob an einem der beiden Außenpools, oder am Innenpool. Es war einfach traumhaft! Das Personal war super freundlich! Vor allem möchten wir uns bei Plamen bedanken, der uns zum Frühstück und Abendbrot jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat. Wir hatten noch nie so eine engagierte und zuvorkommende Servicekraft!
