I am a solo traveller. I love the quality of this hotel and feel very safe in Seefeld. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. In October 2024 I had a room with a single bed. It was hard to sleep as it was so small but on my trip in March 2025 I had a double bed which made my holiday so much more enjoyable. The food is amazing as is the spa area. I would highly recommend any of the Kaltschmid hotels, I have been staying in their hotels for 25 years.

The personell were friendly and helpful. The spa and pool area are very relaxing and very nicely done. It is defninitly worth a stay to relax and enjoy the area.

It is a good hotel but there is bad/no sound isolation in the rooms and the noises makes it impossible to sleep. First it was just some kind of ventilation outside thats was fine, as was the noices from the outside as the location is very central this is to be expected, but it meant I had to sleep with the windows closed and the airquality and temperature in the room was very bad with no aircon. Then they emptied trash/glas containers outside aroynd 6 am, for like 30 minutes, that created this horrible noise. Overall not a great sleep experiance.

there was no hot water from 3 pm until the next morning !!! so after using the pool we cant took a shower so we were with Chlorine all night . the staff ignored us, wasnt care and we weren't compensated at all. also in breakfast the staff was unpleasant. when we checked out instead of apology we recived a tes-tube with salt - HA HA HA

Wir hatten eine tolle Suite. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Wellnessbereich und das Schwimmbad sind eigentlich FKK-Zone. Leider haben es viele bei der Buchung wohl nicht gelesen. Der Anteil an „Textilern“ war leider sehr hoch. Das fanden wir sehr schade. Man fühlt sich zeitweise unwohl im Schwimmbad.

Die Unterkunft ist in Summe sehr gut. Die Lage ist top und so lässt sich der Urlaub gut starten. Das Personal am Empfang lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Leider könnte das Personal beim Frühstück im umfang mit Gästen eine kleine Auffrischung brauchen. Die Witze kommen nicht immer gut an u die freien Tische sind nur begrenzt vorhanden - man darf sich selbst durchsuchen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer (Diamond Chalet) war wunderschön und sauber. Wir haben HP gebucht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Abendessen mit seinen 4 Gängen ebenso. Unsere Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und immer gut gelaunt. Wir haben das Parkhaus genutzt und waren auch hier zufrieden. Etwas eng mitunter und einen Fahrstuhl für Autos kannte ich auch noch nicht. Es war trotzdem kein Problem. Der Wellnessbereich war groß und sauber. Man könnte noch ein paar mehr Liegemöglichkeiten schaffen und versuchen zu verhindern, dass andere die vorhandenen auf ewig blockieren. Der Saunabereich war ebenfalls super und die Dame, die Getränke aufgefüllt und sich um alles gekümmert, möchte hiermit gerne lobend erwähnen. Das Fitnessstudio ist ordentlich ausgerüstet und sauber. Schön wäre es gewesen, den Wellnessbereich etwas länger als 18Uhr geöffnet zu haben (gerne 21-22Uhr). Ist man Tagsüber unterwegs, ist am Ende dann dafür keine Zeit mehr. Beste Grüße aus Dresden

Ein wunderbares Erwachsenen Hotel mit freundlichen Personal, sehr guter Küche und schönem Spa Bereich. Direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Der Spa Bereich, sowie der Pool sind FKK Bereich mit optionaler Badebekleidung, dass sollte man wissen, da sich hier ggf. jemand dadurch gestört fühlen könnte. Es gibt viele verschiedene Zimmerkategorien. Wir lieben dieses Hotel und fühlen uns immer herzlich willkommen.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel. Unser Zimmer- Chalet war sehr schön und gemütlich. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut Schöner Wellnessbereich mit großem Pool. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gern wieder.

Wir waren nun schon wiederholt in diesem recht schönen Hotel und sind immer wieder zufrieden. Die Lage ist Top , der Service freundlich und wenn man in eines der neueren Zimmer geht (zB Chalet Suite) hat man auch eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor. Wir werden das „Alpenlove“ sicher immer wieder mal nutzen.

Das grosse Zimmer, der Spa-Bereich, die Lage des Hotels und das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns gut gefallen. Allerdings gibt es an paar Mängeln, die mit wenig Aufwand behoben werden könnten: - im Badezimmer roch es stark nach Abfluss/Kloake - die Bademäntel & Badetücher für den Spa-Bereich werden nie ausgetauscht (Aufenthalt 1 Woche) - in unserer Spa-Tasche befand sich noch die Badehose unseres Vorgängers. - Spa-/Wellnessbereich und das Fitness hat nur bis 20:00 Uhr geöffnet - wir hatten nur ÜF, weil wir gerne das Dorf kennen lernen und frei sind in unserer Essensauswahl. Das liess man uns spüren: bereits beim Check-in war man erstaunt über unsere Wahl. Und jeden Morgen mussten wir nach einen freien Tisch fragen, oft standen wir mehrere Minuten „bestellt & nicht abgeholt“ da. Alle anderen mit HP hatten ihren fixen Tisch und konnten sich gleich bedienen. Es schien uns eine 2. Klassen-Gesellschaft. Leider. - das hauseigene Restaurant war das schlechteste von allen getesteten in einer Woche. Die Vorspeise und der Hauptgang waren ok, aber die Vanilleglace roch stark nach Kühlschrank und die Sahne war bereits sauer - die Rezeption scheint die Region nicht wirklich zu kennen: sie wussten z.B. nicht, ob die Skipässe nur für aufeinanderfolgende Tage gültig sind oder dass es freitags Nachtskifahren gibt… einmal die Seefeld-Homepage studieren und man wäre informiert. - das Personal im Spa ist eher reserviert und überhaupt nicht herzlich oder zuvorkommend. Keine einladende Stimmung.
