"I booked this place for my parents, they loved the service and hospitality. Overall a pleasant stay One thing though, I asked for a birthday gesture for my dad, but somehow the greeting card addressed my sister instead of my dad, even I asked for that specifically. I think it might have happened as i booked the room under my sister name. My family was a bit confused lol as I wanted to surprise them with this pre celebration and couldn't figure out. Not a big deal, but I hope so next time please...

"Very friendly people who would do anything to make you stay very comfortable. The club room staff and facilities were excellent and the people always had a wonderful outlook and friendly smiles. The restaurants had everything you could ask of and the chefs were always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and did everything to make sure you were happy with the wonderful meals.
