Staff was helpful but some struggled with with their English so we communicated with a translate app. All friendly. It was my second time there (2023 being the first), and it will be my hotel of choice again when I return to Hue.”

“I would say the hotel is ok. I was expecting a better one but is fine. The guys working at the reception are reqlly nice. Very helpful all the time. Breakfast is ok. But service excellent. The rooms are nice but a little bit hot. A c might not be working well. ”
