Brand new hotel! We were one of the first guests. Front desk, Tam and Quan, took care of all our needs. Their Restaurant presented delicious food served by Dylan and Rick. And Bao greeting us at the front door. The Gym is fully equipped and new. Also, liked drinking wine is the Lounge Bar. We already have reservations for next year. Aloha

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at while visiting Hue. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and always attentive. The hotel had just had its grand opening 15 days prior to us checking in. The amenities were great, we really enjoyed the pool, sauna, and gym, all well maintained and high quality. The room was clean and comfortable, with some nice extras like a good hair dryer, clothes steamer, and even a scale, which was a nice touch. The location is also a big plus, just a short walk to the main night area and markets. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Hue 👍

Wonderful, newly built hotel. Sparkly clean with the best staff: helpful and never without a smile; went out of their way to accommodate guests. Really enjoyed the pool and sauna there as well. Would be nice to have a better pillow selection though, I have neck pain and cần only sleep on very thin pillows while their pillow were way too thick for me. They did manage to bring me more suitable ones but they seemed to be spa pillows with leatherette covers, not proper to sleep on. Despite that little hiccup, everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and will definitely come back.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The property is new, modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean throughout. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile and willingness to help. The room was exceptionally comfortable, with a fantastic bed, quality linen, plush towels, and premium amenities. The shower pressure was excellent, and the air conditioning provided strong, consistent airflow - something we greatly appreciated in Vietnam’s climate. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding and, without question, the best we have had in Vietnam. The selection was plentiful, fresh, and varied. A special mention must go to Ha from the breakfast team. His hospitality and customer service were truly exceptional. He has a natural ability to make guests feel welcome, valued, and genuinely cared for. He consistently went above and beyond, and his warmth and professionalism enhanced every morning of our stay. The location is excellent, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within easy walking distance. The pool and outdoor seating area are a real oasis and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. Every member of staff was warm, friendly, attentive, and professional. Their genuine care and attention to detail created an exceptional guest experience. Highly recommend!
