We absolutely loved everything about our stay at a Banyan Tree hilltop villa! Our concierge, Man, was so attentive and made our stay extra special. He truly thought of everything, from afternoon tea services to customizing our daily schedules. The breakfast and Thai restaurants were both amazing. We also loved our spa services. We stayed at Banyan Tree for 8 days / 7 nights, staying in an Ocean facing Pool Villa with Well-being Package. Highlights: Jacuzzi / Hot Tub attached to the private pool. It got windy and cold on some days (hot and sunny on others). The Jacuzzi allowed us to enjoy a hot soak day or night when temperatures dropped. The on-call Butler service via WhatsApp was efficient and useful. Whatever we needed was a quick text message away. Always friendly and accomodating. Villa was serviced and cleaned twice a day, and with our Well-being package we got juices, fruit and healthy bowls of food in the afternoon. I knew this hotel was more isolated and that was fine for us, and the food options on site were fine for a one week stay. However, if you are planning multiple day trips from Banyan Tree then the transport may get tedious as it’s a fair distance from Hue and Hoi An. If you want a relaxing and pampered stay that feels miles away from the problems of the outside world, this is your place.

Absolutely gorgeous resort! All of the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. I was also fortunate enough to celebrate my birthday during our stay, and Phung, our villa host, coordinated with my girlfriend to make it the most special birthday ever! Banyan Tree Lang Co, in Da Nang Area is certainly one of the best resorts we have visited, in Asia, and possibly in the world; first and foremost - the service is attentive and maticulous; the rooms are spacious, the private pools are wonderful. the public area - swimming pool and the beach are just fantastic; food quality is decent; only thing we did not appreciate was the private BBQ grill in the villa; it is one of the resorts that we would like to come back to; highly recommended
