"Telephone in the room not working, Wifi could not be enabled in the habitation, interior roof in the bathroom damaged. All these things were communicated upon arrival, only the last one was fixed. Other rooms were available but was not allowed to change to another one with services working properly. The family pool and the gym shows lack of adequate maintenance."

"The place was beautiful. It was clean on arrival. We stayed 4 nights. The wifi only worked one day. We had clean up service 3 out of the 4 days. The security of the grounds were spot on. The complex was a little hard to find. But if you get a cab with a driver familure with the area it's ok. The price was really good and inexpensive. The bed was a tad hard. But all in all we would stay again. "
