“Hotel was not ready to open. A hotel resort and spa, without a swimming pool, spa or restaurant. We arrived promptly for check-in at 1500, as per guidelines, only for the receptionist to inform us that housekeeping was still working on the room. After a 50 minute wait in sweltering heat without chairs, it was clear that it was not housekeeping delaying the process, but rather that the room was still under construction.
