"STAY AWAY- I plan on travel to Haiti, I booked to stay there for a whole week. I landed in port au prince-Due to political issue, I never made it to the hotel. I called customer service to get a refund . They refused to issue a refund.
SO, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"
